MANCHESTER PSYCH FEST

Team AOP hit the city of Manchester as we delivered a festival build for Manchester Psych Fest’s welcome hub: Mushroom Fields! The UK’s leading psychedelic music and arts festival Manchester Psych Fest returned for its ninth and biggest edition of the one-day event to date which took place on 3rd September 2022, showcasing for the first time ever a large welcome area for ticket collection and a general hanging out space for festival goers.

The venue at Circle Square transformed into a psychedelic and colourful musical playground featuring art exhibitions, murals and installations, digital arts, interactive psych stretching, street food, First Chop Bar, a photo booth, DJs, shopping and NFTs. Our team got our hands dirty with so many artistic mediums including the creation of a 3D mushroom sculpture, a band stage time board, a specially curated outdoor art exhibition, a giant welcome archway design, the installation of a huge mural and plenty of ribbon decor to bring it all together!

We can’t wait to deliver an even bigger and better psych fest next year!
